You may use SimplyRAG to connect your data sources, create collections, and use AI search and chat in accordance with your plan and our acceptable use policy. You are responsible for your data, your use of third-party APIs (e.g. embedding and vector DB keys), and compliance with applicable laws.
3. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
4. Data and Privacy
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content. We use it to provide the Service (e.g. indexing, embeddings, retrieval). By using the Service you consent to such processing. Do not upload content you are not permitted to use.
5. Intellectual Property
SimplyRAG and its branding, software, and documentation are our property or our licensors'. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as permitted by these terms. You do not acquire any ownership in SimplyRAG.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for verifying results. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimplyRAG and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or these terms. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
